based on the activities of local networks composed by key actors in the fields of:
socio-economic inclusion of migrants, vocational training, support and representation of companies.
The approach will be tested in three local contexts: Italy, Scotland and Spain.
for the companies the project offers Infodays and Focus-Groups to identify the skills and job profiles needed to facilitate labour market insertion of migrants; Workshops aimed at fostering the integration of migrants at the workplace; support for the placement of TCNs.
tutors, after attending a EU training on the use of innovative tools and methodologies for the skills assessment of migrants, will be in charge of: identifying job profiles of migrants, planning vocational training and providing placement and post placement support to both migrants and companies.
the project offers skills assessment and identification of training needs, training courses to improve the language and job skills, matching, placement and post placement support within the companies involved in the project.
