(from October 2019): E.M.M.E. tutors provide skills assessment through the use of EU tools (EU Skills Profile Tool for Third Country Nationals), in order to identify skills and weakness and to improve key competencies.
Improvement in language and job skills
E.M.M.E. tutors analyse job profiles and information in order to plan the training courses for the migrants, according to the companies needs previously arisen. Training will be focusses on the improvement of vocational or language skills
matching you with a company for a placement
(from March 2020): E.M.M.E. staff support migrants, previously assessed and trained, in order to find the most suitable placement within the companies involved in the project and to guide them in post placement tasks.
