E.M.M.E. tutors, after attending the training on the use of innovative tools and methodologies for skills assessments of migrants, will be in charge of:

mapping the skills

qualifications and work experiences of beneficiaries through the use of a common EU based tool

identifying vocational or language courses 

aimed at to the migrants who have been previously profiled.

Matching migrants and companies 

for work placements.
